ORDER
Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J):-
In the present Original Application, filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicants have prayed for the following relief(s):
"a) to quash the impugned decision.
b) to give promotion along with all consequential benefits of pay fixation, arrears of pay and allowance, w.e.f 1st July, 2016;
c) Any other· order, as may be deemed fit by the Hon'ble TribunaI."
2. Highlighting the facts of the case, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that vide order dated 30.06.2016, the applicants have been accorded the placement in CCS Senior Selection Grade (Director) subject to their successful completion of mandatory level 'F' training as per CCS-CTP.
2.1 It is not in dispute that the applicants were accorded promotion vide Office Memorandum dated 13.11.2017, wherein the applicants have been assigned seniority, respectively, as 53A and 61A. The applic
