This is an application for grant of family pension to the applicant.
2. Facts leading to this application are that the deceased Krishnarao Jadhav was the employee of respondent No.2. He had married one Rekha. He had filed petition for divorce in Family Court, Nagpur. The petition was allowed and the marriage was dissolved by a decree of divorce on 9th August, 1998 (Annexure A-4). The applicant married late Krishnarao Jadhav on 25th December, 1998. Respondent No.3 is the daughter born out of the wedlock.
3. Late Krishnarao Jadhav died on 10th July, 2011. Thereafter, the applicant filed application for family pension for herself and for minor children. For some unknown reason family pension was not granted to the applicant. It was granted to respondent No.3, the then minor daughter of applicant and minor son of the applicant and deceased Krishnarao Jadhav. Family pension to the son of the applicant was stopped on attaining majority. Pension granted to respondent No.3 was also stopped on account of her marriage. This has led the applicant to apply for family pension being the widow of late Krishnarao Jadhav.
