Per Kumar Rajesh Chandra, A.M:-

This Review Application has been filed by the applicant (UPSC) for review of the order dated 22.01.2025 passed by this Tribunal in OA/051/00778/2023.

2. The operative portion of the order dated 22.01.2025 passed by this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA is reproduced below:-

“11. In view of the above, the part of Annexure A-III appended with minutes of the Selection Committee Meeting of UPSC which met on 19^th June 2023 that recorded the Overall relative assessment of the applicant as Good (part of Annexure-8 of OA) is quashed and set aside. The respondents are accordingly directed to re-consider the case of applicant for appointment to IPS against the notified vacancies of the year 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. This OA is disposed of with the above observation. MA No. 249/2024 also stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.”

3. The review of the above order of the Tribunal has been preferred on various grounds as mentioned in the RA and more particularly in para- 9 of the RA.

4. While we respect the right of Union Public Service Commission and Selection Committee to consider all m
