Present OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985 seeking the following reliefs:-

“1) Kindly be pleased to issue Rule Absolute or Declare that the acts of the Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi of direct submission and aid cum advice without prior approval, consent, knowledge and authorization of the Minister In-Charge for the Health or Council of Minister of the Government of NCT of Delhi to the Lieutenant Governor to suspend the Applicant for administrative lapses as patently Illegal, Void - Ab - Initio, Arbitrary and Non-Est in the eyes of the law.

2) Kindly be pleased to issue Rule Absolute to quash (set aside) the direct submission and aid cum advice of the Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi without prior approval, consent, knowledge and authorization of the Minister In-Charge for the Health or Council of Minister of the Government of NCT of Delhi to the Lieutenant Governor, Government of NCT of Delhi to Suspend the Applicant for administrative lapses as being issued without any authority, patently Illegal, Void - Ab - Init
