ORDER

By means of present O.A., the applicant has sought the following reliefs:-

“(i) That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to quash/set-aside the decision of General Manager, North Central Railway, Allahabad dated 22-11- 2008, communicated to the Applicant by the DRM/NCR/Allahabad vide letter dated 28-11-2008, rejecting the request of the Applicant for fixation of his seniority correctly and for promotion on the post of Assistant Engineer Group 'B' post in the selection as conducted vide Notification dated 17-11-2008 without any SRIVASTAVA proper application of mind and being based on provisions of unamended Para 303(a) of the IREM Vol. I as amended vide Advance Correction Slip No. 9 issued by the Railway Board vide letter dated 19-03-1993.

8.2 That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the General Manager, North Central Railway, Allahabad, Respondent No. 2 to correct the seniority of the Applicant and to fix the same along with his batch mates of RRB Panel of 1982, completed School Training in April 1983 as per amended Para 303(a) of IREM Vol. I and also to fix his seniority correctly in the list of el
