01. Learned Counsel for the applicants has submitted that the present application has been filed by the applicants seeking relief against the inaction of the respondents in granting them the benefits of their appointment from the year 2009 and in wrongfully applying SRO 420 of 2009 to their services. He contended that their service conditions should be governed by the rules in effect before the issuance of SRO 420 of 2009, as they were appointed prior to its promulgation.
02. In the facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal may be graciously pleased to grant the following relief(s):
a) By issuance of an appropriate order, the respondents be directed to give effect to the appointment of the applicants from the year 2009.
b) By issuance of an appropriate order, it be declared that the services of the applicants are not governed by SRO 420 of 2009 dated 24th December 2009 and, in the matter of pension, their services are governed by the Pension Rules as applicable/in vogue prior to the issuance of SRO 420 of
2009 dated 24th December 2009.
