Shri Rajesh Kumar and Shri Pradeep Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Raj Pal Singh, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

2. By means of this OA, the applicant has sought the following reliefs :

“(i) This Hon'ble Tribunal may please to issue an order or direction in appropriate nature, to quash and set-aside the impugned removal order dated 05.12.2016, appellate authority order dated 22.12.2021 and revisionary authority order dated 01.8.2022 (Annexure-A-1) to this Original Application).

(ii) This Hon'ble Tribunal may please to issue an order or direction in the appropriate nature to the respondents to reinstate the applicant in service with all consequential benefits.

(iii) This Hon'ble Tribunal may please to issue any other or further suitable writ, order or direction in facts and circumstances of the case which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper.

(iv) This Hon’ble Tribunal may please to award the cost of the application in favour of the applicant.
