ORDER (ORAL)

Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J)

Applicants, three in numbers, have approached this Tribunal by way of the captioned O.A. on being aggrieved by the order(s) dated 05.09.2023 followed by a Corrigendum dated 11.09.2023 (Annexure A-1 colly.) vide which the applicants have been put to notice of their termination with effect from the date of expiry of a period of one month from the date of issuance of such notice(s).

2. In the O.A., the applicants have prayed for the following relief(s):-

"(i) To quash and set aside the impugned notice dated 05.09.2023 as well as Corrigendum dated 11.09.2023 (A-1 Colly.) and treat the applicants as confirmed employee for all purposes.

(ii) To declare the action of respondents in terminating the services of applicants vide impugned Notices dated 05.09.2023 as bad in law being without jurisdiction and based on defective reports.

(iii) To allow the OA with cost.

(iv) Any other orders may also be passed as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the existing facts and circumstances of the case.”
