ORDER

By this application, the applicant is seeking the following reliefs:

“8.1 To quash the non-reasoned non-speaking impugned order passed by the President of India acted as reviewing authority.

b) To order the competent authority to pass fresh reasoned and speaking order after taking UPSC advice in time bound manner.

c) To quash the charge sheet on the ground that nobody is to be punished based on fabrication done by the prosecuting authorities, as averments of fabrication in review petition not denied hence admitted by the reviewing authority.

d) To order the respondents to produce the measurement book in which the following measurements are written as admitted by the DA in para 1.16 of his order;

i. Pinpoint in Ex. P-3 (MB), where the chainage has been considered from Ch. 126-4 m to 85 m only for the payment of item NS-1, for which charge No.1 was alleged.
