ORDER (ORAL).
Per: Mr. Manish Garg, Judicial Member.
1. Learned Counsel for both sides are present and heard.
2. In the instant O.A, the applicant seeks following relief(s):-
“a) An order directing the respondents to set aside the speaking order dated 12.8.2016 (Annexure A-8) and thereafter release the benefits in favour of the deceased employee because according to order dated 20.6.2002 basis all applicants of the said O.A. application (except deceased employee) have got the benefits of the said order but the deceased employee did not get the same till to-day, if the said record will produce before the Hon’ble Tribunal then the whole thing will crystal clear and the present applicant will get the said benefits with arrears and further directing the respondents to consider the representation dt. 30/1/2019 within specific period.
b) An order directing the respondents to produce all the relevant papers and documents which was related to this case;
c) Any such order or orders as to this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper”
