ORDER (Oral)
Per Hon’ble Mr. M.S. Latif, Member (Judl.):-
The applicant has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court for seeking following reliefs:
a. That the Impugned revised select list bearing no: 41-PSC (DR-S) OF 2024 dated: 23:12.2024 to the extent of slashing down one mark/point, i.e., 0.50 marks deleting on the basis of Publication being derived from the Ph.D thesis and 0.50 mark deleted on the basis of actual academic session wise experience, which action of the respondent PSC is erroneous, may be quashed, as same shall be in the interests of justice and equity.
b. That the respondents be directed to add said one point/mark to his merit acquired in selection as was it existed there before revised impugned revised list as same shall be in the interest of justice.
c. Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents in the interest of justice and equity.
