ORDER

(Pronounced by Hon'ble Mr. M. Swaminathan, Judicial Member)

This OA has been filed by the applicant seeking the following relief:

(1) Declare the office order No.1-5/2010 E.II, dated 08.12.2020, Annexure A-1 as non-est and illegal and set aside the Annexure A-1 to the extent it denied the benefit st of the 1 financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme w.e.f. due date in the year 2009 to the applicant.

(2) Call for the original records related to issue of the Annexure A-14 & Annexure A-16 and declare the Annexure A-14 & Annexure A-16 issued by R-1, dated 12.11.2021 and R-5 dated Nil as non-est, void and set aside the same

(3) Direct the R-1 to grant the benefit of the 1 financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme to the applicant w.e.f. due date in the year 2009.

(4) Direct the R-1 to convene the review meeting of the Screening Committee and consider the applicant’s case nd for grant of 2 financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme within the stipulated period of time as may be decided by this Hon’ble Tribunal.

(5) Pass any order/orders or directions as deemed just, fit appropriate and necessary in fact and circumstances of the case

(6) Award the cost of the application.”
