This application is filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:
“(a) Call for records of the case from the respondents and on perusal
(b) this Hon’ble Tribunal be pleased to quash and set aside the Order bearing C. No. II/10A/03/2017 A3 Vig B North dated 30.07.2020 (Annexure-A8) passed by second respondent and Order in Appeal No. 03/2021 (Vig) in File No. C/II/26/55/2019-Vig. PCC CT (BZU) dated 1.6.2021 (Annexure-A11) passed third respondent.
