ORDER (Oral)
1. Applicant is aggrieved by non-grant of family pension to her after death of her husband, who retired w.e.f. 11.04.2008 from the post of Loco Pilot Goods in the Railways.
2.1 Sharif Mohammad served the railways from 20.04.1977 to 11.04.2008. While working on the post of Loco Pilot Goods in the office of Senior Section Engineer (Loco), NWR, Churu he retired voluntarily w.e.f. 11.04.2008. After his retirement, PPO dated 24.03.2009 (Annexure A/2) was issued in his favour wherein no one was shown as entitled to get family pension. Unfortunately, Sharif Mohammad died on 13.10.2015 as mentioned in death certificate Annexure A/3. After his death, the applicant as well as private respondent no.3 Smt.
