1. This application has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985. The applicant has sought for the following relief:
(a) Quash/set aside the impugned order (ANNEXURE A-10) dated 11.11.2024 vide which claim of Applicant to consider candidature of Applicant under OBC Category for the Post of Special Educator (TGT) against advertisement no.02/2023 (ANNEXURE A-2) has been rejected illegally, arbitrarily and unconstitutionally stating the reason that category of the applicant cannot be changed after announcement of the result whereas Applicant had brought his grievance of the knowledge of Department prior to the date of Examination and consequential declaration of result, and further the Respondents while issuing above advertisement, did not grant any time for making corrections in the online application, if any, and therefore, denial of such concession to Applicant would be detrimental to the Rights of the Applicant;
(b) Direct the Respondents to consider candidature of Applicant under OBC Category for the Post of Special Educator (TGT) against advertisement no. 02/2023(ANNEXURE A-2), keeping in view peculia
