ORDER (Oral)
Per Hon’ble Mr. M.S. Latif, Member (Judl.):- Through the medium of the instant O.A., the applicant seeks setting aside of suspension order bearing no. BMOM/988-89 dated 04-01-2020 or, in the alternative, seeking review of suspension order and the applicant be paid full salary along with the arrears.
2. The case of the applicant is that the applicant is working in respondent department as an AYA and is presently posted at SDH Magam. It is further stated that an FIR no. 01/2020 u/S 370 12B IPC was registered against the applicant at PS Magam on false allegations, leading to the applicant’s custody for more than 48 hours. Consequently, the applicant was placed under suspension by respondent no. 4 i.e. Block Medical Officer, Magam, vide order dated 04-01-2020.
