Shri Ashvanee Kumar Srivastava (Applicant in person) and Shri Ajay Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

2. By means of this OA, the applicant has sought the following reliefs :

“(i) (a) Quash the impugned notice dated 08.04.2019 issued by the opposite party No.2 whereby the recruitment process against scouts and guides quota for the year 2018-19 held pursuant to the advertisement dated 01.12.2018 has been illegally withheld on the ground of administrative lacuna/ reason/ground (annexure no.6 to the present Original Application)

(ii) Quash the impugned subsequent advertisement dated

27.07.2019 issued by the opposite party No.2 including its entire recruitment process for the same post i.e. Bharat Scouts and Guides Quota Examination (Annexure No.7 to the affidavit)

(iii) Direct the opposite parties to finalize the pending result of recruitment process of Bharat Scouts and Guides Quota for the year 2018-19 properly basis held pursuant to the advertisement dated 01.12.2018 forthwith prescribed period as directed by this Hon'ble Court.
