Present O.A. has been filed by 10 applicants seeking common relief against the common cause of action.

2. In view of averments made in the M.A., present M.A. for joining together stands allowed and disposed of. Applicants are allowed to contest the case in single O.A.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants, at the outset, submits that the case of the applicants is squarely covered by the judgment of this Tribunal in O.A./1921/2020 dated

04.07.2023.

4. At this point of time, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants will be satisfied if their representation dated 07.07.2024, which is pending with the respondent, is disposed of in light of aforesaid cited order of the Tribunal.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent shows no objection to the same.

6. In view of above, we direct the competent authority amongst the respondent to dispose of their pending representation dated 07.07.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order in light of the order of the Tribunal in O.A./1921/2020 dated
