The present O.A. has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:

“a. That this Hon'ble Tribunal is pleased to condone the delay of about 48 days.

b. That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to call for entire record of selection process.

c. To hold and declare that the decision of Respondent no.2 of non-fulfilment of seat reserved and earmarked for EWS category candidate, in spite of availability of eligible candidate for the post of PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Sociology, Gujarati Medium against Advertisement – 12, Notification No.1/6/2018- SSB/Vol.II/07, dated 25/01/2020, published by UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, herein is against the principles of natural justice, arbitrary and bad in the eyes of law.

d. To hold and declare that one seat is reserved seat reserved and earmarked for EWS category candidate for the post of PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Sociology, Gujarati Medium be allocated to the applicant as per/or inconformity with Para 6.3 of DoPT OM No.36039/112019-Estt.(Res.), e.
