The relief sought in this OA is for a declaration that the applicants are entitled for LTC, Medical reimbursement and educational expenses eligible to 3^rd Respondent and consequentially direct the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the name of minor applicants, Vigneswari and Veera Hari Prakash in the service register of Veeragurunathan, the 3^rd Respondent.

2. The applicants being minors are represented by their natural guardian mother, Bhuvaneshwari and have filed this OA challenging the action taken by the 1^st & 2^nd Respondents in removing their names from the service register of their father, Veeragurunathan, the 3^rd Respondent herein, who is working in the 1^st & 2ⁿ Respondent's Department as Scientist.

3. From the facts stated by the applicants and 3^rd respondent, it appears that the father and mother of the minor applicants have been divorced and both have been remarried. After his remarriage, the third respondent has submitted an application for revised nominations by removing of the names of his divorced wife and children and for inclusion of the names of his present wife and step children for LTC and medical reimbursement purposes.
