ORDER
Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):-
By way of the present OA filed u/s 19 of the AT Act, 1985, the applicant, in para 8 of the OA has prayed for the following reliefs: -
“(i) To set aside the impugned orders dated 28.08.2014 and 11.02.2015.
(ii) Pass any such orders as the Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case.”
FACTS IN THE MATTER
2. The brief facts of the present case are that the applicant was enrolled in Delhi Police on the post of Sub-Inspector. The cause of action arose when a complaint dated 01.4.2014 addressed to the SHO, P.S. Fatehpur Beri was submitted by one Imran Khan (President of Muslim Samaj Samiti) in regard to the illegal construction carried on since February, 2014 in Khasra No. 230 & 228 of Kabristan and Eidgah land,
