ORDER

Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J)

Since a common question of facts and law is involved in the present OAs, they are being disposed of through this common order. However, for the sake of brewing the facts are being extracted primarily from O.A. No. 1045/2022.

2. By virtue of the present OA, the applicants seek the following relief(s):-

“a. Respondents be directed to grant equal pay for equal work at par with the regular employees to the present applicants from Dec 2018, in view of the direction passed by This Hon'ble Tribunal on dated 12.08.2014 in O.A No. 2947/2013, decided alongwith 20 other connected cases.which have been upheld by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No.717/2015 title Govt. of NCT of Delhi &Ors Vs Kamal Kant Sharma &Ors.

b. Respondents be directed to extend the benefit of office order dated 10.03.2021 form Dec 2018.

c. It is further prayed that the respondents be directed to pay back arrears to the applicants from De
