ORDER (ORAL)

In the present Original Application filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicants seek the following reliefs:-

“i) Set aside the office order dated 22.06.2023 issued by the respondent no. 3.

ii) Direct the respondents to continue the service of the present applicants against vacant posts of contractual /regular Nursing Officer in the Hospital/Institution /Dispensaries running under Govt. of NCT Delhi.

iii) Direct the respondents to adjust the present applicants in Lok Nayak Hospital or any other hospital's /Institution/ Dispensaries under the Govt. of NCT Delhi.

iv) That the respondent be restricted to make new engagement of contractual nursing officer in any hospital /institution /Dispensaries under the Govt. of NCT Delhi till the present applicants are adjusted/continue their service.

v) Direct the respondents not to be replaced by the present applicants by another set of contractual/Temporary employees of similar posts.

vi) Direct the respondents to give preference to the present applicants while doing contractual/regular appointment in view of the order dated 03.05.2021 issued by the Health and Family Department of Govt. of NCT India.
