2. The applicants are working as Auditors/Accountants/Data Entry Operators and clerks with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) across the country. They aspire to be considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Audit/Account Officers (AAO). The applicants have been denied the opportunity to take the eligibility Examination of SAS-I, by the respondents for want of vacancies. Aggrieved by the same, the applicants have preferred the instant Original Application seeking the following relief(s):-
(ii) Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
