Applicant has preferred this OA being aggrieved by the order passed by Disciplinary Authority on 22.01.2015 imposing the penalty of dismissal from service in a disciplinary proceeding. Applicant has prayed in this OA to quash and set aside the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority imposing the penalty, the charge memo dated 18.10.2007, the Inquiry Report dated 17.09.2014 and the order of Appellate Authority and to allow the applicant to join duty with immediate effect.
