ORDER
Per Justice Om Prakash VII, Member-J
The applicant has filed this Original Application (OA) seeking the following relief(s):-
1. “To issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned PPO dated 24 Jul 2012 (annexure-A-1 to compilation no.1) issued by respondent no.5 and para 4 and its annexure to OM dated 28.01.2013 (annexure-A-2 to compilation no.1) passed by respondent no.1 be also quashed.
2. To issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to respondents to issue revised PPO to the applicant by fixing the pension of applicant’s husband at Rs. 8520.00 p.m. from 01.01.2006 plus admissible Dearness relief payable from time to time and arrears be directed to be paid to the applicant from 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2015 along with 18% p.a. interest from 01.01.2006 to the date of actual payment.
