The present O.A. had been filed by the Applicant, against whom departmental proceedings were instituted vide the Memo dated 28.11.2017, upon being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 11.06.2020 of the Disciplinary Authority – vide which the Applicant was given the punishment of removal from service with immediate effect without that being a disqualification for future employment in the Government; and further the impugned Order dated 18.03.2021 of the Appellate Authority – vide which the Applicant’s appeal had been rejected and the punishment imposed by the Disciplinary Authority was upheld.
2. The pleadings in this case of the parties had brought out the relevant matrix of facts inter alia as follows briefly. In pursuance of letter dated 03.06.2009 of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices (SSPOs), Alwar Division proposing for recruitment against one vacant post of Gramin Dak Sevak, Mail Carrier/Mail Deliverer (GDS MC/MD) at Baghore BO (Tiljara SO), the approval vide letter dated 06.07.2009 was accorded by Respondent No.3. Upon the same being conveyed by SSPOs, Alwar to Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices(ASPOs) Alwar (North)
