By this original application, the applicant is seeking the following relief:
“To direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Appeal dated 13.04.2024 and further representation dated 24.04.2024 preferred against the order passed by the 3rd respondent in No. F1/2/2004-2005, dated at Tuticorin 628001 the 04.03.2004 by taking into account the judgment delivered by the Hon’ble II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi in CA No.226/2023 dated 05.04.2024 within a time limit to be prescribed by this Hon’ble Tribunal and render justice”
2. Brief facts of the case, as stated by the applicant, are as follows:
The applicant was working as GDS BPM at Mela Autoor BO, Autoor SO, Trichendur Sub division, in the Department of Posts. Disciplinary action was instituted against him for alleged misconduct against the applicant. Inquiry was conducted. However, the inquiry officer held that the charges were not proved, by the documentary/oral evidence, beyond doubt.
