ORDER
This Original Application is filed under section 19(1) of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 seeking relief to quash order dated 26.03.2016 appended as Annexure-1 to this Original Application. Further prayer has been made for a direction upon the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for compassionate appointment under Dying in harness rules as per the facts and circumstances of the case within time bound period.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the husband of the applicant-1 Amar Nath died in harness on 08.02.2008 while working as Tentmender in Respondents’ department. Thereafter, she preferred an application along with relevant documents on 02.05.2008 for compassionate appointment in favour of her son i.e.
