O R D E R (ORAL)
The applicant, who has worked with the respondents as Conductor and served from the year 1982 to 2014, seeks the following reliefs:-
(i) To pass an order for recovery of difference amount of wages/salary and other service benefits to the applicant since 01.1.1980 to 31.12.2014 as has been paid to the other employees of the same post and as per rule and regulation of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
(ii) To pass an order for recovery of difference amount of pension amount since 01.01.2015 upto date to the applicant as being paid to the other employees of the same post and as per rule and regulation of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi (iii) It is further prayed that any other relief(s)
which this Hon’ble Court will deem fit and proper may also please be awarded with litigation charges in favour of the applicant and against.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that even after repeated request and demand for giving the difference amount of wages/salary and difference of pension amount and after receiving legal notice dated 24.05.2021 and reminder dated 25.07.2023, the respondents have not considered the request of the applicant and rendered the benefits to him till date.
