ORDER

1. In the present case, being aggrieved with (i)advertisement dated 19.06.2024 (Annexure A/1), issued by the respondent no. 3 inviting applications for the post of Registrar at National Institute of Design (hereinafter referred to as ‘NID’), Ahmedabad,and (ii) order / letter dated 20.06.2024 (Annexure A/2) whereby the respondents have rejected the request of the applicant for regularization of her appointment as Registrar in NID, the applicant has filed this OA under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking the following reliefs (as stated in para 8 of the OA) :-
