ORDER
Hon’ble Mr. Jayesh V. Bhairavia, Member (J):
In the instant case, being aggrieved by rejection of application for grant of appointment on compassionate ground vide impugned order dated 23.6.2021 (Annexure A1) passed by the official respondents, the applicant has filed this Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:-
“(a) That the Hon’ble Tribunal be pleased to allow/admit this application.
(b) That the Hon’ble Tribunal further be pleased to quash and set-aside impugned action ex-facie, illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional action, decision/ communication/ Order No.E/ CON/890/ 60/01/15/MISC, dated 23/06/2021, issued by the respondents,
