Applicants are aggrieved that they have not been granted the benefit of Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPS) on completion of 20/30 years of service.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that this matter is fully covered by the common order passed by this Tribunal in Original Application No.200/849/2016 & other connected OAs on 20.09.2018. Therefore, he prays that similar order may also be passed in the present case.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents though did not dispute that the issue is identical to that of OA No.200/849/2016, he submits that SLP No.10457/2022 challenging the said order is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
4. We have perused the record and we find that the issue involved in this Original Application has already been adjudicated upon by this Tribunal in Original Application No.849/2016 & other connected OAs, in which this Tribunal vide order dated 20.09.2018 has passed the following orders:
