Shri S.P. Giri, learned counsel for the applicant is present.

2. This O.A. has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 for the following relief(s): -
“(I) This Hon’ble Tribunal may kindly be pleased to issue order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash impugned order 06.07.2021 passed by Pravar Superintendent of Post Office, Agra Mandal, Agra 282002.
(II) Issue order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding Respondents authorities to appoint to Applicant on the post of the Gramin Dak Sevak under dying in harness in pursuance of the appointment letter dated 18.02.2018 issued by Assistant Director (appointment), office of the Post Master General Uttar Pradesh Division Lucknow 226001.
(III) Issue an order or direction as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present c
