ORDER
PER M.L. SRIVASTAVA, MEMBER (A):
The instant O.A. has been filed by the applicant Shri Dr. N. Okendro Singh, Professor, Department of Basic Science at the College of Agriculture, CAU, Imphal seeking for the following reliefs: -
“8.1 To set aside and quash the impugned transfer order dated 22.09.2023 and the impugned relieving order dated 25.09.2023 as the same are not sustainable in the eyes of law.
8.2 To set aside and quashed impugned orders/letters dated 21.10.2023, 30.10.2023 and 13.11.2023 as same are not sustainable in the eye of law.
8.3 To direct the respondents to allow the applicant to serve as Professor at the College of Agriculture, Iroishemba, CAU, Imphal
