ORDER (ORAL)
The applicant has filed this application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) quash the decision of the III-Respondent communicated in the letter No.AT/PSB/VIII/SBI/ CPPC/HYD dated 04.05.2020 at Annexure A3.
(ii) quash the decision of the II-Respondent communicated in the letter No.DRDL/1001/3/SA/PENSION CELL dated 15.01.2021 at Annexure A5.
(iii) modify the Annexure: A2, corrigendum PPO No.CCORRMISC0002992019 dated 08.08.2019, issued by the III-Respondent as to the rate of pension of Rs.24,295/- p.m. to Rs.28,170/- p.m. with effect from 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2015 and the rate of pension of Rs.69,550/- p.m. to Rs.73,800/- from 01.01.2016.
(iv) direct the Respondents to pay the applicant interest at the rate of GPF interest on the arrears of pension due to the applicant as specified in
