ORAL ORDER

The instant Review Application (RA) has been filed by the applicant in the OA 1631 of 2019 under Rule 17 of the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987 , and is dealt with under Section 22 (3) (f) of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , read with Rule 24 of the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987 .

2. The applicant is seeking review of the order, dated 09.07.2024, passed by the Tribunal disposing of the said OA No.1631 of 2019 as follows:

“4. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, permission is granted to the applicant to file a comprehensive representation with regard to his grievance of annual increment and also to regularize the stagnated increment to the competent authority within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the competent authority shall pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of 3 months thereafter. It is made clear that this Tribunal is not entering into the merits of the issue at this stage.”
