This is an application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 for appointment on compassionate ground.
2. Facts in brief are that the applicant is the married daughter of the deceased Shri Pramod Fakirde who was the employee of the South East Central Railway, Nagpur. The deceased Shri Pramod Fakirde passed away on 13th September, 2000. The mother of the applicant was appointed on compassionate ground after death of her husband Shri Pramod Fakirde. The mother of the applicant passed away in the year 2018. The applicant got married on 26th May, 2023. She filed application for compassionate appointment on 09th May, 2018
