ORAL ORDER PER: HON’BLE DR. LATA BASWARAJ PATNE, JUDICIAL MEMBER
1. By this Original Application, the applicants are seeking the following reliefs:-
“To call for the records pertaining to letter dated 30.09.2021 in the matter of Inter Railway Request Transfer of the applicants from Guntur Division received from Pundit Deen Dayal Upadhya Division and declare the action of the respondent Guntur Division in not relieving the applicants as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory and direct the respondent Guntur Division to relieve the applicants to Pundit Deen Dayal Upadhya Division forthwith, with a further direction to respondents to grant all consequential benefits to the applicants.”
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per the instructions received from the respondents vide order dated 10.11.2023, all the applicants have been relieved as per their request and hence, nothing survives in the present OA.
3. In view of the above, it is held that nothing survives for adjudication in the OA and hence, the OA is closed having been rendered infructuous. No order as to costs.
