None for the applicants. No request for pass over.
2. Learned counsel for respondents draws our attention to an order dated 15.04.2023 of this Tribunal wherein the following has been recorded:-
“It is seen from the record of proceedings that attendance on the part of the learned counsel for the applicant has been erratic in the past. Even on date there is no presence on his behalf. As a last opportunity, learned counsel for the applicant/applicant are directed to be present on the next date of listing, failing which, it would be presumed that they have lost interest in pursuing the matter and decision, as per law, shall be taken.
List the matter on 04.05.2023.”
3. In view of above, it appears that the applicants have lost interest in pursuing the present matter.
4. The present OA stands dismissed in default and for non prosecution.
