ORDER This OA is filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985. The following reliefs is sought by the applicant in the present ”8(a) This Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to call for the records and proceedings of the case which led to the issuance of the impugned Transfer Order dated 27.09.2022 i.e. Annx.”A1” and Order dated 11.10.2022 i.e. Annex. “A2” and impugned order-dated 13.12.2022 i.e. Annex A2 (A) and after going through its propriety, legality and constitutional validity be pleased to quash and set aside the same with further directions to the Respondents to continue the Applicant at Jagjivanram Hospital Mumbai.

This Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to hold and declare that the impugned act of the Respondents in issuing the impugned orders is bad-in-law and against the Railway Policy on Transfer dated 31.08.2015 and accordingly Order and direct the Respondents to continue the Applicant in Jagjivanram Hospital Murnbai which is a Super Speciality Hospital.
