2. The facts in brief as narrated by the applicants are that they are Diploma holders in General Nursing and Mid-Wifery and their names have been registered in Karnataka State Nursing Council. National Institute of Mental Health And Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) is registered under the provisions of Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 and the said Institute comes under the control of the first respondent.
