The challenge in this application is to the Order dated 16th February, 2022 passed by respondent no. 2 (Revisional Authority), Order dated 29th July, 2022 passed by the Appellate Authority (respondent no. 3), charge memorandum dated 05th January, 2022 and the Order dated 10th March, 2022 passed by the respondent no. 4 nominating the Enquiry Officer.
2. Facts in brief are that the applicant was appointed as Constable in Railway Protection Force (R.P.F) under Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, Bilaspur Division of South Eastern Railway on 22nd July, 2006.
