ORAL ORDER
(As per Hon’ble Dr. Lata Baswaraj Patne, Judicial Member)
By this Original Application, the applicant is seeking the following relief(s):-
“i) Declare the action of the respondents in not counting the applicant's service w.e.f. 26-08-1985 while appointing him as STA-B (Library Science) vide Office Order No. DMRL/E/R/01/ DR / STA B/SJR, dt.23-12-2015, issued by the 2nd respondent, duly protecting his pay, as illegal and arbitrary.
ii) consequently direct the respondents to treat the applicant's service w.e.f. 26-08-1985, duly protecting his pay and grant all other consequential and attendant benefits including back wages iii) and pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
