Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J):-
In the present Original Application, filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , the applicants have prayed for the following relief(s):
“8. Relief Sought:
a) Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 03/03/2017 placed at Annexure A/1 to the extent it relates to the applicants
b) Direct the respondents to pay 12 months salary to the applicants at par with regular teachers alongwith arrears, forthwith
c) In the alternate if prayer (b) is not entitled to the applicants, then in that event, respondents be directed to pay salary @ 1,403/- per day to the applicants alongwith release of arrears forthwith
d) Award interest @15% p.a. on the arrears.
e) Accord all consequential benefits
f) Award costs of the proceedings; and
g) Pass any other order/direction which this Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in favour of the applicants and against the respondents in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the prayer 8z(c) in the O.A. has already been adjudicated qua the applicants in terms of the Office Order dated 11.10.2018 (Annexure R/A-1), which reads as under:
