The present Review application has been filed by the Review-Applicant seeking recalling of order dated 10.10.2023 in OA no. 2012/2021.
1.2 OA no. 2012/2021 was filed by the original applicants seeking direction to the respondents to issue appropriate orders of transfer under ICT as per circular dated 14.05.1990.
1.3 After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the OA was decided vide order dated 10.10.2023. The operative part of the order is as follows:

Considering the fact that the respondents have effected the ICT on similar grounds for other 20 employees even after issuance of O.M. dated 22.12.2020, applying the principle of equality, the present applicants may be treated at par with the similarly placed employees, who have applied prior to the O.M. 22.12.2020 and granted the ICT on their own request on
