ORDER
Per: SURESH KUMAR BATRA MEMBER (J):-
1. The present Original Application has been filed by the applicants under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:
(i) Quash the order dated 12.07.2017 (A-7) vide which the period of probation has been extended indefinitely of the applicants in a completely illegal manner and against the provisions of the Punjab Civil Services Rules 1994 and the law as settled in Gurwinder Singh and others Versus State of Punjab and others, Dr. Vishavdeep Singh and others Versus State of Punjab and others.
(ii) It is also prayed that the respondents be directed to treat the applicants as regular appointees w.e.f. expiry of the original probation period as per the appointment orders and in terms of the Punjab Civil Services Rules 1994 and especially in view of the fact that there is no
