ORDER
Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Rajni Kant Rai, learned counsel for the respondents at the time of hearing.
2. This Original Application is filed under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, seeking following reliefs:-
8 (a) To, set-aside the impugned order dated 05.1.2011 passed by Assistant Director (Postal Department), Chhattisgarh Circle, Raipur.
(b) To, issue a direction to the respondents to give the compassionate appointment to the applicant under Dying-in- Harness Rules.
( c) To, issue a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 7.11.2016 made by applicant.
(d) To, issue any suitable order or direction as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit an
