The instant Original Application (in short O.A.) was filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Thereafter, a miscellaneous application was filed by the applicants seeking permission of this Tribunal to join together and the same was allowed.
2. Facts of the case as averred in the O.A. are that Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (respondent no. 3) issued an advertisement No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 for various posts, totaling 1700, in different departments including 24 posts of Junior Librarians for each Division in the Department of Culture of Jammu and Kashmir.
