2. The applicant has filed this O.A. under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking the following relief:
(B) Any such order or orders be passed and or direction or directions be given as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper.
3. It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for the applicants that the applicants were initially appointed as Police Constables and were later promoted from the post of Head Constable to Assistant Sub-Inspector (Executive) vide order book no. 3197 dated 22.12.2017 with a rider that the above promotions would not create any equity in their favour and would be subject to the outcome of OA No.351/01579 (Shri P.M.
